Our team is the heart of Sarvodaya Residence for the Seniors. Every member is sensitised to geriatric care, trained in basic medical support, and chosen for the warmth they bring to the home.
Team composition
- Home Superintendent / Manager — 1
- Resident Caregivers (day & night shifts) — 4
- Visiting Medical Officer — 1 (twice a week + on-call)
- Staff Nurse / ANM — 1
- Cook & Kitchen Assistants — 2
- Counsellor / Recreational Coordinator — 1
- Housekeeping & Support Staff — 2
Training & sensitisation
All staff undergo periodic training on dementia-friendly care, fall prevention, medication management, first aid, infection control, palliative care basics, and dignity-of-care principles. Refresher sessions are held every six months.
